All SugarHi Boca treats are baked to order and packed in airtight, food-grade packaging. We use expedited shipping methods and, when necessary, insulated liners to ensure your sweets arrive as fresh as they left our kitchen.
Do you offer gluten-free or nut-free options?
We do offer a selection of gluten-friendly and nut-free items. However, please be aware that our kitchen processes wheat, dairy, and nuts, so we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment for those with severe sensitivities.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?
Yes! During the checkout process, you can select a preferred delivery date. We recommend choosing a date 1-2 days before your event to account for any potential carrier delays.

How should I store my treats once they arrive?
For the best experience, we recommend enjoying your treats immediately. Otherwise, cookies and brownies should be kept in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or frozen for up to 3 months.
